Filing a DMCA Complaint

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement. And is accessible on this site, please notify our DMCA Agent as per the following guidelines:

Written Notice: Provide a written notice containing the following details:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the site.

Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorize  by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorize to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate and take appropriate actions, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was remove  or disable  by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our DMCA Agent. The counter-notice must include the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been remove  or disable  and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was remove  or disable  as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

Your signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the original party does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we will restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
